Still figuring out a cute date night for Valentine’s Day, or want to try something new this month? City Centre, a mixed-used entertainment space in Spring Branch, is the perfect escape with great options for a date, hanging with friends or the fam! Whether you’re browsing the cute shops, lounging on the massive lawn, or eating at one of their restaurants, you won’t run out of options for fun.

Let’s Have Some Fun

Need last minute Valentine’s Day plans? I have ideas! Eating a tasty meal and watching a movie at Star Cinema Grill is the perfect date. Looking for more action? Go bowling at Bowl & Barrel, which just might be the fanciest bowling alley I’ve ever been to in Houston. After you snag a perfect score, grab a bite at The General Public next door. To take it up a notch, grab a group and solve puzzles at The Escape Room.

Listen to Live Music

Nearly every weekend, you can groove to live music on City Centre’s green lawn. Support local artists as they play a mix of smooth jazz, pop, country, and rock. While you’re lounging on the lawn, grab a sweet treat from Jeni’s Ice Cream. Or grab a table on Bellagreen’s cozy patio, where you can take in all the action. Their Home Slice pizza is my favorite!

Devour Something Delicious

Check out Daily Gather’s social hour, which is their twist on happy hour, offering $7 glasses of wine, $10 house cocktails, oysters, charcuterie boards, and other tasty treats. Once you step inside North Italia, you’ll understand why it's perfect for a romantic date. My favorite thing to order? The chicken parmesan! If you want something more casual, stop by Yard House for elevated pub food or chow down on a juicy burger from Hopdoddy Burger Bar.
