New Food Hall Comes to Houston's Galleria Area

A national food magazine also created a tourist guide to Houston’s food scene that actually represents the city well. Houston Nightclub Transforms Into Food Hall

Conservatory Galleria, a new food hall in the Galleria area that’s located in the same space as the former Roxy nightclub, is set to open on Monday. To pay homage to the building’s nightclub era, the food court will include a cocktail lounge called the Roxy Room. [Eater Houston]

Soulful History Of Soul Food

Celebrate Black History Month with Houston’s This Is It soul food restaurant. During a 90-minute experience, you’ll learn about the history of the restaurant and the importance of soul food, plus taste some delicious dishes.
