I think we’re in a time warp because how is Thanksgiving already next Thursday? If you’re scrambling to figure out what you’ll serve for dessert, try out one of these delicious spots below. Check it out!

House of Pies

This pie haven is one of Houstonians’ favorites for a reason. You’re going to find a wide range of pies such as apple, pumpkin, pecan, chocolate, or lemon meringue. They’re also relatively affordable; you can grab a slice for under five bucks and a whole pie for under $20. Pro tip: Be prepared to stand in a long line if you want to pick up a fresh pie on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I suggest going on Tuesday!

French Gourmet Bakery

Patrice Ramain, originally born in France, and his wife Mary have been running this bakery in Houston for 50 years. You could spice up your Thanksgiving gathering with chocolate or cinnamon pecan tarts, apple cinnamon bread, or one of their holiday French cakes such as the Amaretto or Mocha Rum. Yum yum!

Lucy Pearls

This delightful dessert shop inside POST Houston is another spot perfect to order your Thanksgiving treats. For the holiday, they’re offering different pie and cake packages that you can order by Sunday and pick up next Tuesday or Wednesday. I’m obsessed with their red velvet cake, so I suggest adding that to your Thanksgiving order.

Nothing Bundt Cakes

If you don’t have time to bake a cake from scratch for Thanksgiving, then order one of these and you won’t regret anything. These cakes are absolutely delicious and they have so many fun offerings for the holiday, including their Pumpkin Spice cake, MVP football themed cake, and their beautifully decorated “Give Thanks” cake.

So, where else should we order Thanksgiving dessert from? Let me know!
