Recreational weed has been available in Illinois since 2020. Meanwhile, in Texas, Beto O'Rourke will be stomping for weed legalization while he makes his case for Governor. On the other side of the aisle, the Republican contingent is still resistant to the idea, even though there's evidence that they, too, might be softening.
