Rooftop Flicks, Galveston Boat Tours, and Other Things To Do in H-Town Before You Die
From motoring around the Port of Houston to rolling your own sushi, strolling the arid scrublands of Hempstead, and getting great burgers and beer, there's a million things to do in (and around) Houston before you die. Thankfully, we at City Cast Houston (on a team chat Thursday!) whittle it down to nine for you.
So many wonderful places/things were mentioned on today's show! Check them out:
- The kayak/painting tour by Artist Boat in Galveston that Lisa mentioned
- Here's the great sausage Ferrill mentioned: Krolczyk Meat Market & Drive-In
- Daiso is the Japanese stationery/department store that Dina raved about — there’s one on Westheimer and Westchase
- Also, Dina mentioned the Rooftop Cinema — a great place to catch a classic flick
- Here's where you can take a sushi hand-rolling class
- Get that awesome burger, the Hot Bastard, at Rodeo Goat
- Also, here's another Lisa recommendation for a good boat tour: Sam Houston Boat Tour
- Don't forget about the killer view and great burgers (and beer) at St. Arnold's Brewery!
- Finally, make sure you get down to Discovery Green — it's really a Houston treat.
