Back in the day, Houston was flush with charming weirdos. People made strange stuff here: We had the Orange Show, the Beer Can House, and art cars galore. But where’s our new generation of eccentrics? On today’s show we discuss this with contributors Allyn West and artist Phillip Pyle II, who’s working on a 20' monument for the Flower Man.
